1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described upon delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and documentation.
  • A return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or clearance sale items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Our support team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Ensure it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Once received, the product will be inspected and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are considered final. However, in rare cases such as duplicate payments, product unavailability, or defective delivery, a refund may be processed at our discretion.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
  • Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect products. Replacement items will be delivered within 8–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product was received in a damaged or defective condition, or
  • The return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible and the return process must be followed instead.

For prepaid orders canceled before shipping, applicable refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
